Nice room the parking was a little tight but, Nicely lit. Good location to downtown area and restaurants in the area. The area don’t seem to safe, A few noisy people outside.

Room is clean and modernized. Free parking (if you can get it, lot is small and fills up quickly) is nice. But there's also a lot of free street parking, just need to watch for riding restriction hours. Not the best neighborhood: lots of vagrants and homeless, not a lot of food/cafe options, but I was there for a neighborhood SOMA event so it was good for that purpose. Room was decent size, but by no means large. There are both bigger and smaller rooms in San Francisco. Bathroom was one of the biggest I've had in San Francisco, but I think I had one of the handicap accessible rooms.

Parking is first come first serve. You may have to park on the street. Otherwise very good.

Service was good but area seemed very unsafe and i was advised to keep doors locked, deadbolt on etc. Was vey nervous to stay there.

Dirty, noisy the television didn't work, when we informed the front desk they said "oh it doesn't work, I have to vcall them tti fix it. That will be tomorrow "
