Turns out they're "renovating" the hotel. They didn't tell us that, so we didn't know until the hammers and drills started up around 9:30 on a Sunday morning. We didn't check in until late, so the wife and I were awake, but the kids were still asleep... Great times for a family weekend..... Luckily Hotels.com worked with us to credit our remaining night, so we could go somewhere else.

A little worn and shabby.

Rude staff on the first day at the desk. I asked if their was any rooms I could check into early since I came at 11:30am. They mentioned check in was 3:00 pm.. well I guess the other 100 hotels I have used considered me lucky. I came back late and the first room was dirty and not cleaned when I checked in.. so had to get another room.. Carpet in some place needs replacing. Just figure the source when you check in and it will paint the picture for your visit there..

We had issues with having enough wash clothes and toilet paper in the room. I went to the front desk to get one more wash cloth (we had 3 people and only 2 wash clothes) and the gentleman at the front desk was very bothered by my request. After I posted my first review of the situation he called my room to confront me. No apology and no consideration. Some people should not be involved with customer service.
