Very basic stay
The room is very basic with nothing extra. There is no seating available. If I want to read, I have to use the bed since there is only one chair, which isn't comfortable for long periods of reading or watching TV. Also, there is no coffee machine or facility to boil water, and the room service will charge your hot water. The hotel informed me that they do not provide this service. This is not comfortable and unusual for me compared to other hotels I have stayed in with the same rating.

O Hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa. A equipe da recepção é muito solícita e educada. Os quartos muito limpos e cama confortável. O único ponto ruim foi o hotel não disponibilizar ferro elétrico aos hóspedes. Em outras unidades da rede isso não ocorre. Havia ligado para saber se tinha ferro elétrico nos quartos e disseram que bastaria solicitar. Entretanto tive que pagar para não sair amarrotado ao evento que me trouxe a me hospedar no hotel. Ficarei no concorrente da próxima vez.
