Looked nice, near the railway station, short walk to the malls.

Convenient location directly opposite station. The town centre is so small that one can cross it on foot in ten minutes, so all the sights are close by. Although my room overlooked the station and tram stops, the soundproofing was so good that I heard nothing. Excellent breakfast - among the best I have had in Germany, The only quibble was that the room was extremely hot, and turning the central heating knob in either direction only seemed to make it worse. I reported it on leaving, but should perhaps have found time to do so earlier.

No Outlets near bed or on the desk?? Carpet is also not up to standard anymore nowadays.

Well-located across from the train station just inside the old town. An interestinsemi-nautical, semi Art Deco interior distinguishes it from the hum drum competition. Staff is very friendly, patient with my bad German and happy to switch to English as the situation demands. One small issue with the room (a non-functioning safe) was fixed promptly.

Great hotel with beautiful Art Deco interiors and fantastic location within easy walking distance of all major sights. Great value as well.

Definitely my favourite hotel in Leipzig, having stayed here 4 times and having tries 5 other hotels. Firstly location directly opposite the station. Since the centre of Leipzig is small, all the main sights are no more than a 20-minute walk away. Large, comfortable, quiet room with safe (on the small side) and minibar. Good choice for breakfast. Restaurant and bar also good.

This hotel has an older time in Germany elegance with all the modern amenities. My single room was a decent size and was quite comfortable. I was travelling by train so its nearness to the train station was wonderful. I wojld not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

Comfortable hotel in good location directly opposite the station and on the fringe of the charming old city. Delicious and extensive breakfast. But no door man or porters which was frustrating since I arrived st 1.30 am due to delayed flights. Also my room while adequate was particularly small. Since I stayed 6 nights they could have done better.

Soundproof windows worked out very well. Location is at the main tourist entry from train station. No mater how many people were going by, the room was quiet.
