We stayed here for several nights while stranded due to the volcano. We picked it because it was close to the airport and the beach, but really enjoyed our stay for many reasons. We ate at several of their restaurants as well as room service and everything was delicious. Room was clean and comfortable. Right on the beach, which was nice. We walked along Kuta Beach several times. The pool is great and has a swim-up bar. We had different staff there each time we went and they were all wonderful.

A great place and just a bit away from the hustle and bustle of kuta great pool and location, staff just wonderful and friendly Our grandkids had a great time here and so did us oldies; a most pleasant place for all

We stayed 2 nights at room 2028, overall stays were good, except on the 1st night, our sleep disturbed by noisy neighbors, they were talking and shouting at night,11pm :(.
