We booked the stay for 4D & 3N, but to my surprise, the stay was utterly disappointing. Here are a few things I’d like to highlight:
1. Despite our specific request to the service lady to clean the room and replace the bedsheets, the room was uncleaned. The worst part was she cleaned the washroom but left the room dirty.
2. We didn’t receive water bottles until we asked for them.
3. The landline wasn’t working, but we didn’t make a big deal out of it.
Regarding room service, we called the front desk on the 2nd night, and person named Jaden answered our call and noted our complaint. However, we never received any further response from them.
The room was dirty, and we couldn’t stay there any longer. That night we slept at friend’s place.
The next morning, we informed the front desk lady, Debbie, that we needed room service and asked her why the room hadn’t been cleaned the previous night. We also provided feedback to prevent similar incidents from happening to other guests. However, Debbie was incredibly rude and arrogant, refusing to listen to our concerns and arguing with us instead. I believe she was overly arrogant and egoistic.
The next morning, at the time of checkout, Debbie charged my credit card (even though I had specifically requested to pay with cash at the time of check-in, and the person at the front desk had accepted it). She claimed that she couldn’t accept cash because the credit card had already been charged.
Overall this was one of the worst stays ever.
