We felt very well received and take care of in this hotel. The staff was cordial and friendly. Althought the room was a little small it had everything we needed and more. The rooms are small but in a nice way. They are compact and get the job done. It’s a good central location in Tokyo yet quiet and not noisy. It was right next to a subway station and so everywhere we wanted to go was easily accessed that way. Our view was amazing. The complimentary breakfast in the mornings was amazing. The staff was friendly. We ended up checking in at like 11pm because our flight was delayed and they were there and we were able to check in without any issue

Hotel is fine, especially for one inside Tokyo city. Subway station just beside the hotel entrance. But hotel lobby is not on ground floor, that gives certain inconvenience for people drving in.
