Weekend family
Our stay was nice except for the group of kids running up snd down the hallway, knocking on doors and yelling. Also the noise from their room and the room over head had people running and jumping during the evening. There werent any towels in the pool area and then when some boight in they are so small, most people were taking 2 or 3 to get dried off before leaving the pool. Otherwise we do enjoy staying there as it is clean and comfortable.

Very pleasant stay, nice pool and hot tub even though no one could figure out how to restart the jets in the hot tub. Room was clean and modern (except for a couple dead flies on the window sill). Breakfast buffet was generous and well serviced. Queen beds were moderately firm with several fluffy pillows.

Bathrooms weren't very clean. Outdated gym equipment. It was broken and rusted. Dining room host for breakfast was rude and yelling at children when they asked a question anout about pancake maker not fully functioning. These children were 8 and under. They weren't rude to her but she felt the need to raise her voice at these children and their parents after they intervened. Very unprofessional hotel staff.

We like to come to Burlington once or twice a year to visit family. we have always stayed down the road. After staying at this comfort inn, we will no longer stay anywhere else. The hotel was wonderful. Rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good, and lots of options for our kids. The hotel was quiet, and the check in staff was very friendly. Thanks!!
