Cortona charm
Charming hotel and convenient to the center. Be sure to reserve a taxi ahead of time as getting there on foot by bus with luggage is an experience. Very friendly staff and plenty of lovely spaces to lounge in. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous hotel, in a wonderful location with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We have stayed several times at Hotel San Michele and it is consistently clean, quiet, great value with amazing staff. Their family rooms are brilliant with two separate spaces (and air con!) and breakfast is superb with excellent choices. We will be back!

Very nice room. I was very ill during our stay here and the staff helped us out a great deal. Only complaint was the shower was so small I barely fit in it. At 6’1” 210 lbs. that’s not an obese body but I could barely shower there.

Very helpful staff who parked our car in the difficult to manage car park. Great cleaning staff. We had marvelous views from our terrace. The hotel is old, but they have done their best to add modern amenities. We would have liked some warning that the water left in our refrigerator was not complimentary.
