The minute you walk in to the Hilton Pennywell you are hit with Aromatherapy...the scent brings you a sense of peace and Serenity. The customer service of the staff is next level! The historic features of the hotel were absolutely awesome, including the preserved bank vault doors. The service was excellent. We did find some hair on the bathroom floor that hadn’t been cleaned up from prior guests, but otherwise, the room seemed very clean. The street noise was loud at night, but the hotel itself was quiet. The beds were comfortable and clean, and check-in/out was a breeze.
