A great hotel overall. I just wish the swimming pool stayed open later than 20:30. And it was quite far from the city centre, rather suburban.

Great stay - really clean, great price and very big rooms. Staff were helpful to suggest restaurants, book taxis and bring an iron and ironing board to my room. Thanks!

This is a beautiful hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. It is not located near shops or other areas of interest for those wanting to walk around but has a nice cafe/restaurant on site. It is about 15-minute drive from Madrid airport (only 30 Euros by taxi).

The customer service was very good! All staff polite and accommodating. The room is basic but clean, except the carpet was old and stained. I ate at the restaurant every night because there’s very little in the area, so fortunately the food is quite good! Overall it was a pleasant stay.

There was a little confusion about our check in - they did not have our booking information at the front desk. Other than that, our stay was lovely. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds, a good restaurant with a nice sunny patio.
