I got myself caught and paid for my room before looking at it. I didn’t stay. It’s not in the best neighborhood which is not the hotels fault, but there were homeless everywhere. I walked three feet in the room, tossed the key on the table and walked out. It smelled musty. The hotel itself is old and seems rundown but hey, because I didn’t go check that room first, I was out my money. My fault

The room was extremely dirty there were burns and stains on the sherts & covers i dont even think they bothered to change them before we got there the bathroom had black mold & the towles were dirty looking as well i was very disappointed & uncomfortable we didnt even stay the night between the dirty room and the loud neighbors above and all the twekers roaming around we decided to chuck up our losses and hit the road next time i will belive the reviews when they say "DONT STAY HERE"

Rooms were super nice. Only thing was that we could hear next door.

Cannot hookup anything on their television. Its the only place i will avoid because no hookups for any electronic device other than a power outlet. HDMI and usb ports is so common unless youre staying here.

The motel is run down. City is using it as a homeless shelter. So lots of people around that should not have been. Keep my gun close.

Spend more and go somewhere else

Go somewhere else. Friendly desk lady, room was decent, but outside is a dive. Trash everywhere, cars with flat tires, windows busted out and a guy rattle canning his Mercedes a different t color in the parking lot at 11 PM. Looks like drug exchange central.

Don’t do it!

This room was still being cleaned after I checked in. So much for the keeping rooms vacant for 24 hours between occupants. Smelled like cleaning product, smoke and stank. Shower had hair and old soap all over it. Garbage was rarely emptied. I was there for a week. Sheets seemed clean but pull them down and see actual dirt. Oh and the neighborhood. Watched a prostitute get picked up there, junkies everywhere. And gun shots. This place was awful.

Seasoned Budget Traveler Says AVOID

Oh what a terrible hotel. My partner and I are full time travelers, so we’ve seen a LOT and we can both absolutely agree this was the worst of the worst. The sheets were soaked. The room was filthy. There was screaming and crying everywhere around us through absolutely paper thin walls. And on top of this all, the room wasn’t even ready for 2 hours after check in time because it hadn’t been cleaned. Not sure why they went through the hassle; we climbed into a soaking wet bed in a room with jerky all over the floor. Avoid this place, I don’t care the cost. It’s really not worth it, from a well seasoned budget traveler. Only nice thing I can say is that the man at the front desk was EXCEEDINGLY kind and pleasant, really trying to help us make sense of the incredible crap show they had there. He is a hero without a cape.

BS Photos and Blood Spatter

The hotel room was disgusting. Blood spatter on the door and the bathroom. Sheets weren’t even changed blood spatter red not brown and cigarette hole in the fitted sheet and dirt and hair in between sheets. When I called to speak to a manager as the night person suggested I do the manager tried acting like they didn’t have a manager and I just had to leave a message with her. We booked a different room in a different place. The room looked nothing like the photos on the listing. Very falsely advertised.

Good value

Its an older motel, but everything worked and the room was worn but very clean, so for the price it was great.

Horrible hotel!

Didn’t get my deposit back! I paid for my dog fee and they tried to say my dog peed on the bed we were sleeping on when it was seafood sauce... then when I called to try and book another few days they said management said I was flagged & couldnt tell me why.

Don't do completly unreasonanle

They scammed me out of my deposit I showed her the ciggerete butts from outside but they said I still smoked in the room. I wasn't allowed to have my door open to enjoy some fresh air cus I sopposibly made house keeping uncomfortable when I was just watching TV like a ordinary person. Which then made me very uncomfortable cus the lights didn't even work so I had to sit locked up in a dark room when it was nice outside. The front desk has a horrific attude and had me in tears trying to prove to her I didn't smoke in my room and she still kept my deposit. Don't waste ur money. Oh and my neighbors faught and screamed at each other the entire night and day.

I would stay aghain

The rooms were pretty nice and I never ran out of hot water. However the exterior of the building is in much need of a facelift. pulling into the hotel i felt I was at a low income apartment unit, But once 'I was in my room that was left behind. Not that it felt like luxury accommodations, but it was nice to have a fridge, microwave, coffee pot and yes even a safe. The room was clean for the most part but I did find a used washcloth hanging from the shower curtain rod.

Gloria was awesome

Gloria the front desk person was awesome. the lock on the door would not open, she went down with me and assessed it was the lock, she had taken a maids key so it was easy to see if the next room would open, she got me settled and brought the new key to me. She also let me use her personnel charger wall plug in because i had forgotten mine. she was a delight. Room was clean, it was quite , comfortable and nice people. This made for a very plesant stay.

The sheets and blankets had holes in them the room was not very clean and smelled the parking is not good because they have the back side closed off so you have to walk very far to get to your room

Sleepless in Tacoma

Management was rude and unfriendly, terrible customer service. The room was dirty and the water was black whe I first turned it on. There was absolutely no hot water the four nights I stayed there and when mentioned to management they asked if I had even turned the water on. When I said yea they said oh well.

Place is run-down, shoddy condition....won’t ever stay there again. Referred to it as sleaze-lodge. Needs some serious work.
