Ok so I don’t speak Dutch but still receive your stuff in Dutch. When we show up for check in , 2 of our rooms weren’t ready and it was 3pm. The check in is from 2pm. It took us more than 30min to check in . there was no water in one of our room and we couldn't take a shower this morning what i specified at the reception.

I don't think a lot changed here since the 80's. Having said that; the bed was very good. Everything works, so no surprises. The only thing that scares me though is the floor/carpet. Although it was properly vacuumed it just doens't look good. Overall; good night sleep after a great concert in Hedon. Perfect for this.

I booked the property because it had a restaurant, when I arrived at 14:00 I asked when it was open, I was told after 17:00.So I waited until 18:00 to come down for a meal only to be told it was reservations only( which I was not told)I waited in the bar joining the restaurant until the first customers started arriving.Two and a half hours, I could of been fed ten times over, I was told just eat deliver there woooohooo, went to bed hungry, woke up for a shower,well a drip more than shower, was sooo angry with stay

We did not like about climate no clima..and no information whats free or not..we paid money for water but once..so we did not understand water is free or not.....i want you to inform me as soon as possible...they decieved us for such a smal money??? Geweldige locatie voor bezoek aan concertzaal Hedon en centrum! Goed dat er verbouwd gaat worden, daar is het hotel echt aan toe. Water van onze douche liep rechtstreeks de kamer in onder de deur door. Douche wisselde zelf qua warmte en douchen in een badkuip is niet meer van deze tijd! Verwacht dat dit door de verbouwing allemaal beter gaat worden! Inchecken kan beter; de man die ons ontving heeft welgeteld 4 zinnen uitgesproken id graag, handtekening graag, kamers op eerste verdieping. De vierde zin was n.a.v. mijn vraag hoe het met ontbijttijden zat. Daarbij zat de man te bellen en liet ons wachten omdat er een collega met vragen bij hem kwam. Niet gastvrij! De nachtportier en meneer bij ontbijt waren daarentegen wel top! Vriendelijk, vrolijk, netjes en snel!

Wij verbleven met 3 personen een nacht in dit hotel. De inrichting is gedateerd, maar keurig schoon. We hadden een kamer met 3 eenpersoonsbedden, dat was heel fijn. De douche was afwisselend koud of heet, maar verder was de badkamer goed: ook zeer gedateerd maar schoon. We konden helaas niet om 14.00 inchecken zoals beloofd, dit werd bijna 14.30. De tv op de kamer was ook oud, je kon niet alle zenders bekijken. Maar voor de prijs die we betaalden, dicht bij het centrum en met ontbijt, was dit hotel prima waar voor ons geld.
