I turned up at the hotel a day before because I accidebnjtally booked the wrong date (the next day) on the hotels.com app). THey were busy, but understanding. I spoke to the receptionist, he was nice, but he said I would have to call to try and get a refund from hotels.com, as I'm a fewquent user/customer.
I tried to switch the booking to a different Quality inn by SeaTac airport, and they wouldnn't ewven entertain that.
They just took my money, even though my family had nowhere to sleep the evening prior, adn made a genuine mistake.
