This hotel is located the city center place. 1 block to the Lake Como. Friendly staff and clean room. Like other hotels nearby, this hotel does not have own parking so we needed to park at affiliated parking center with 5 minutes walk.

Excellent location, good condition for price!

Little noisy in the Piazza, but room is good size. Good value for price and fairly typical of a hotel in the centre of town in Italy.

Tiring Stay

The location was great, however on weekends, there are clubs all around the plaza with loud music till 2am. Very hard to sleep as the windows don't really block and sounds

Located right on Piazza di Alessandro Volta, very convenient and walking distance to everywhere, including the Navigazione pier/ticket office (5 min) and both train stations (S. Giovanni and Como Lago Nord -- each about 8 min walk and totally doable while hauling your own luggage). Beware of getting a front room on a weekend summer nights -- exhausted from our overnight flight into the country, we were kept up until past midnight by live music and festival traffic on the square and could not sleep or relax. Hotel unable to relocate us to the rear of the property. Otherwise, a small, but clean place to stay with helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast offering was acceptable and very convenient.

Great location. The walk from the train station was a straight direct route and easy to find. (The route was down a bunch of steps. If its raining it could also be an issue.) For our departure to the airport, we requested, the hotel prearrange the night before, a taxi that took us directly to MXP in about 45 minutes early in the morning. (so we didn't have to worry about the rain, the steps back to train station, or train schedules) It was also close to Lake Como and the ferries. There were plenty of places to eat and stores around it to shop. Although the room didn't have a view, it was nice, clean, comfortable beds, and quiet for our early departure to the airport the next morning. The room was small but adequate, air conditioned, plenty of outlets, refrigerator, and I really liked the walk in shower.

The hotel was fantastic..very handy coz location is perfect in front of d piazza.a lot of restos nearby..near to ferries terminal and train stations..the hotel is very clean.breakfast was not too bad.the bed is soo comfy. Checking in & out was quick. Only fault is that they should change d plastic cups everyday. Over all it is superb Highly recommended.
