Nice pool on a hot day. Good views of the lake.

The hotel is nice. It seems like it has been recently redone, and the staff were very friendly and the room was pretty spacious and nice. However the location has very little around it in terms of restaurants and attractions so we felt a little out there. I booked this hotel over others because they offered a perk for gold members of hotels.com.It turns out the perk was just a free welcome drink and when we checked it, they told us to hurry to the bar because it closed at 6:30. it turned to be the drink was just a cup of coffee or tea.That is not a perk or reward, that is common courtesy. The way they treated us when we went to order was lacking even that. It made a welcome drink feel very unwelcome. I recommend offering something nice, like a cocktail or a wider range of beverages, and serve it with some kindness, or don't bother.

Cozy stay. Although it is located a bit far away from the station, its car pick up service is good enough for the guests to go to the station. There are five restaurants which provide different styles of food and it’s worth to try.

Coze & romantic stay. Car pick up service offers the guests a convenient way to the station.

It’s a very noise room. Guests keep running in the next room till midnight. We can’t have a good sleep.

This hotel is located in front of the lake, so the view is good. The space of the room is large enough too.

Great value for money, very nice lake view. Free shuttle to station, very convenient.

Excellent location and service

Avoid this hotel. Pool was closed for our entire stay in July. Restaurants are overpriced and mediocre. Tour busses with hordes of tourists arriving constantly. Smelly area surrounding the hotel. Nothing much in walking distance... The hotel is clean and cheap, but the service was straight up bad. Passive aggressive staff that would rather be doing anything other than dealing with guests.
