Great location. Dated hotel and very basic. Roof terrace bar is very basic. There is no luxury to this venue, but maybe at this price you don't get in Soho. Asked us what the occasion is for then did nothing. Dont ask if you arent going to something for a 10th Anniversary

My husband and I LOVED this location… extremely close to Oxford Circus bus stop and right off of Regent. Even better, it was right across the street from Caraby Street. Great restaurants and vibe. Despite the noise you hear while on the street, you don’t hear any noise in your room. We had a room with a king-sized bed. Our room was not ready even after the 3pm check-in; but the staff went out of their way to apologize and accommodate us. The lifts are small; however, I’m grateful that they were there as some hotels in London don’t have them. The front door is a little obscure and if you get back to the hotel “after hours” then you have to ring the doorbell to be let in. We were very happy with our stay and would do so again.

We booked a room in the hotels.com in a size of 42m2 - and expected a quite large room - those m2 were not in our room!! Next door to roofterrasse with loud music until 23.00. In general very kind teammembers. Good location. Good breakfast. The hotel is rated 5 star which is hard to understand. View from window was a brickwall.

Area was convenient to underground, dining and theaters. The hotel seems drab. Needs some updating. Lobby often smelled like smoke even though this is a non-smoking property. Wish the roof top deck was fully enclosed so we could have used it more often despite occasional rain.

We only spent 1 night here to attend a show at the London Palladium. The hotel was excellent the staff were very helpful, the room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The only issue we had was the sign outside was very small and partially covered by a large plant and we walked straight past the entrance and only found it on the way back up the road

Weekend get away

Have stayed here before and once again we has a fantastic stay. All the staff we had dealings with were very helpful, cheerful and pleasant. Our room was immaculate and well equiped. All the public areas were very clean. We will definately stay there again.
