Courtyard by Marriott London

The hotel was very clean. We felt very safe, but I believe there should be sanitizer on every floor. Other then that it was an excellent stay and will return during our next London visit

The Woman at the front desk was the nicest lady I've met and very accommodating and friendly. She is an asset to the hotel and the reason I would come back. There was also a male barista at Starbucks who was very nice and overall excellent customer service from them both.

Had one of the newly renovated King rooms. Very cool loveseat and huge TV. Fridge was cold, little microwave is nice touch. Super friendly staff.

This is a very clean hotel. Worth every penny.

I was in town for my daughter's wedding my stay at the hotel was absolutely fabulous the courtesy staff amazing always a smile on their face and when I went down to have breakfast at the bistro the service there was absolutely amazing as well

Hotel was very clean. Covid restrictions in place. Beds were very comfortable. Reservations had to be made for the pool in advance but this caused no issues. For families that want to know: Breakfast was a grab bag which consisted of a packaged muffin, juice, granola bar and over ripe banana. No coffee which was disappointing but the hotel is located near a ton of restaurants and shopping so it was not a problem finding where to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

Really great experience. Service was amazing. The credit goes to the concierge Jesty, she was really helpful, friendly and professional with dealing with the guests. Hotel was clean, new and we had an amazing overall experience. Highly recommend this location.

The young lady that checked us in was incredibly professional and attentive - I wish I would have asked her name. The room was freshly painted and clean. I would definitely recommend based on the welcome we received from the young lady at the front desk.
