Area is convenient as it is close to Airport.

Very close to the airport, very efficient shuttle. We had prepaid for a King size room but noted after checking in that we were given a Queen size. Upon notifying the front desk of the error, they offered a 10% discount which we couldn't take as the room was pre-paid. I truly believe they knew they were giving us the wrong room, but we checked in late, and perhaps that was all that was left available. We were told to pick up anything from their little store the next morning to make up for our insatisfaction which we did. We found the room was quiet, a bit dated, needs new carpet, the bed was very comfortable. and

The hotel was clean, check-in was quick, breakfast was OK. Shuttle was on-time, but very full on the first visit, less so on the second.

I can’t believe that there was an additional charge for parking, even for a one night stay.

We stayed here for one night layover on our way to Varadero. The room was clean and comfortable. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Free shuttle to and from airport was nice.
