Quality Hotel Arlanda XPO

It’s a convenient place to stay to be close to the airport! With a great airport shuttle! The property is under renovation, so tgat made it less appealing! The breakfast was great !!

We can't imagine why this hotel doesn't get five out of five ratings, since we've been relying on its clean, streamlined, quiet rooms -- perfect for recovering from overnight transatlantic flights. The staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful, the breakfast buffet is amazingly good and available from very early in the morning for early travellers, and the dining room provides a very nice setting and reasonable menu for suppers. Only complaint is the shuttle to the airport operates only twice an hour, but one can work around that. We look forward to our return to this outstanding hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was. Didn’t hear any noise from the planes near by.

The receptionist covering the night shift was very rude, but the others were very friendly. The rooms are small, but clean and fulfill the purpose. The breakfast is basic and nice. Don't try to find the way using Google Maps, it'll take you to nowhere... :)

It did the job - a room near the airport with a shuttle bus straight to the terminal. Staff efficient but brusque rather than friendly, room ok with good shower room but bedding was less than perfectly clean.

Girl in reception was very nice and friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. But it was not possible to open the window. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Free breakfast works from 3.40 am till 10 am.

Nice price and suite. But had to make my own bed as the person who was supposed to convert the sofa bed didn’t. I called to the reception who came up with sheets. But since it was the end of her shift, she asked me to do it myself. It was fine, but with a baby and a toddler at my feet, it wasn’t the hotel experience I was looking for.

Booked well ahead and good value for the price. Very clean and well appointed room and bathroom. Good soundproofing from the airport. Efficient and helpful staff. Extensive selection at breakfast. About 15mins shuttle to T5. Recommend.

Very hard to find. Even taxi driver had Trouble finding it and we were driving around and around. Breakfast was ok so service was.
