Our Hotel to go to when in Alice Springs

Hairs and crumbs visible on carpet and in front of the bathroom. Dusty coffee table. Remodeling dust in the sliding window track. The room doesn’t seem to have seen a vacuum in a while. No spoons available, although coffee machine and cups in the room. Water was cut off without any warning for 40 mins one evening, leaving me soapy under the shower. Understaffed restaurant serving cold food at 6:30am when breakfast starts to be served. I blame management for all the above. Pity because the property has potential and staff is really good and courteous.

this is the first time any of our family has stayed since the pandemic, upon entering the foyer of the accommodation, I was shocked by the filth we had to walk on to get to our room, the room itself was clean, nice but the carpet foyer area, I wasn't sure if it was animal/bird droppings among the numerous stains or just old food, service 'terrible', tried to order room service breakfast however eventually walked to 'Tali' and they called us liars, saying they tried to call, we had sat in the room waiting, breakfast was 15minutes and cold, dinner was at Juicy Rump, standard has dropped there, ended up having one drink with dinner as only one person serving so we gave up and went to the servo. The Roadhouses we stayed at from Adelaide to Alice were cleaner and lot better quality of food and better service. Will go to the Double Tree next time.

It was very a very pleasant place. If we return will definitely stay here again.

Nice awesome facilities and comfortable beds, nice park and swimming pool, clean and tidy

A great view looking out towards the mountains from my balcony. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool is fantastic for an early morning swim. I will stay here again.

We live in Yuendumu which 278ks from Alice Springs are we come to town every mth and stay at crowne

Had a great stay as always I stay a couple times a mth to go shopping as I come from the NT, I had tea at tali which was very nice as always. The room was very clean

When we arrived at our room the TV didn't work with in a matter of minutes it was looked at and we where moved to another room a lot smaller but ok
