I have two separate reservations with this hotel. During my first stay, I was checked in by a staff member named Lucy. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Despite providing both my booking confirmation and passport after a long red-eye flight, she was unable to locate the reservation and left us waiting in the lobby without any assistance or clear communication. There was no greeting, no smile, and the overall interaction felt unwelcoming. I believe additional training in hospitality and customer service would be beneficial in improving the guest experience.
