Stayed at the backstage for one night on our way back to Toronto. The staff was kind, the rock n roll decor was very cool. They let us check in quite early and had water in the room which was appreciated. Rooms were clean and the location is very central to everything. I would stay again.

Fun & well-located place to stay

The location is great and the club-theme is fun. There is a cosy pub/reception area with a pool table, record player and a selection of vinyl. It's a traditional building in Amsterdam, so the stairs are steep! Our room was on the 3rd floor, which provided some opportunity to exercise. Worth bearing in mind if you have a lot of luggage or small children. The room continued the club theme and was clean and well serviced each day. Breakfast is available, but we didn't try it.

Excellent location and staff was really generous in getting our room ready before check in time. Location is excellent. Negative point (if can be considered as such) is that it’s a tiny space and lack elevators. Was tough going to the 2nd floor with 5 luggage. All in all, very good experience.

This property is probably a 4.5 out of 5. It was accurately described in the description which I appreciated. Very clean and they were accommodating to let me leave my stuff when I arrived early. I didn’t love having to go between floors to shower and there was no where to set stuff while showering. Other than that, it was what I expected.
