Bel Abri Napa Valley Inn, นาปา

This is a great hotel with outstanding value. The amenities are top notch, and you are walking distance to Downtown Napa. This was our second time staying here, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Napa now.

I loved the fireplace in the room and the breakfast was perfect

They tried to charge me for a broken a/c vent that had been snapped off and then simply slipped back into place. I had a terrible time trying to speak to management about the problem. I knew that there was no one on duty from 8pm to 8am, but I did not expect that no one with authority would be available over a busy holiday weekend. The clerk advised me that the manager would meet with me before 8am on Monday, so I set an alarm to be ready the next morning. Come Monday morning, I was informed that the refund had been authorized but the manager would be unavailable. I felt sorry for the desk clerks who were left to deal with problems with no authority. The manager finally called me on Tuesday. She justified her lack of response and failure to show up for the meeting on Monday, saying "it was still a holiday". I've never heard of a hospitality business simply going off-duty for President's Day. If you are open, you have a responsibility to your paying customers.

Our two nights in Napa were awesome and the hotel was perfect- clean, great location, breakfast fruit, croissants, coffee,... were perfect!
