The shuttle driver was extremely rude when she picked me up, raised her voice to me and told me I wasn't there when she made an earlier trip. I was there, After waiting a bit, I saw the hotel shuttle speed by where I was standing. Since she was the only person to help with luggage to another building, which had a first floor room, I opted to manage my 2 suitcases myself, up a ramp from the main building, after traveling for 15 hours from an overseas destination. I am 83 years old--it was tough.
The clerk who checked me in at 11:15 at night ran through explanations so quickly I could not understand him. I realize he says it many times during his shift, but it is the first time each client hears it.
I would not risk staying at that hotel again, though the breakfast was quite nice and the room was OK.
