Best Western Las Mercedes Airport

Our stay here was very enjoyable. It was clean & well laid out. The kids had a blast in the multiple pools. Food was great, beds were comfortable. All in all very helpful staff.

They were serving a buffet even with the COVID-19 pandemic...and our room was NOT up to cleanliness standards

Location is excellent, service has declined greatly recently

The staff was there ready and willing to help with anything you needed

I thought the front waiting room was pretty nice. The gentlemen that checked me in was great, known him for 5 years. He use to work at Camino Real. Once we got to the room, it was terrible, was not really clean and it was very old and needed a remodel. Only had 2 towels in the room, no hand towels, etc. I thought the restraunt was very expensive. We ended up going to dinner at the Camino Real. The only reason we stayed at this hotel is because they except dogs. Going to look for a new hotel. Unfortunately Camino Real does not except dogs, I have been going there for 11 years and the facilites are really nice.

Close to airport Which causes problems because people come and go at all times walk right by your room talking and the clatter clatter of suit cases wake you up

My husband and I stayed here recently on our departure of Nicaragua. The location was so close to the airport you could walk. This was very convenient at we had a very early flight. The hotel staff were exceptional. From the front reception to the room service staff and the cleaners - they were all so accommodating and helpful with every request. While there is not much outside of the hotel there were enough facilities that you didn’t have to leave. I would stay here again!

It is a very beautiful campus. I love walking around, Very shady, pleasant. At breakfast the staff where very helpful and friendly.

Awesome that it is right across the street from the airport.

Location to the airport. Shuttle to airport every 5 minutes. Facility is very clean. Very large pool. Gardens are amazing!! Check-in was very quick and organized. Rooms are clean, comfortable and have all the amenities you need. A great place to stay.
