Never stay at Bastion Hotel
At our check out day, the Hotel has double charged us (230EUR). So we pay for our stay 2 times. After long conversations with the staff in the hotel, It took almost 1 week to get the payment back in our bank account and therefore we had limited money to continue our vacation.
Even though we planned to check out at 9:30 AM, we ended up leaving the hotel at 11:30 AM.
In the meantime, we also got a parking fine because the parking ticket was exceeded by 10 minutes.
Although the hotel has taken responsibility for their mistakes by email and wanted to provide proof for the parking company, they have not responded to our inquiries.
We want to get in touch with a senior manager, but no one sends us further in the organization. The inquiries are not answered.
I would not recommend Bastion Hotel Noord to any guests. The rooms are dirty, no elevator and not baby friendly hotel.
The staff is not friendly and does not show understanding of the guests' needs. The food in the hotel is overpriced.
We will never stay at Bastion Hotel again.
