Honestly, very disappointing for a Comfort Inn! The lobby was okay, but the hallways were dark and dreary. The rooms were worse — very outdated and grungy, with stains on the carpet and walls. One reeked of cigarette smoke, and none smelled fresh or pleasant. The mini fridge did not work at all in one room, and the toilet spilled water in another. Breakfast was a bit subpar compared to other Comfort Inns, with no fruit options and soggy sausage. A lot of items, like the microwaved eggs, were not refilled even an hour before breakfast ended. The parking lot did not get salted on a few icy days.
The person who checked us in was not especially friendly, but the checkout person was pleasant. Cleaning staff were likely doing their best.
