Do not stay, find another place

This was an absolutely awful stay. This hotel should not be having guests. At bare minimum they should be charging an extremely low rate. They are currently under renovation and the entire process was unprofessional. First room was hot and the AC was making a horrible sound. I would not suggest for anyone to stay here.

"Out of Order"

The amount we paid to stay in their work zone was absurd. Everything is gutted and in total disarray. At best it looks tacky, at worst it feels like we're trespassing in a dystopian wasteland. The lady who checked us in wasn't apologetic or informative about the state of the building. More concerning than the renovations was the negligence of housekeeping. We were only given two towels (for three guests) and a half used roll of toilet paper. One of the hand towels below the sink looked used and refolded because it dried wrinkled, and I assume that was the case because there was a second used cloth of some sort further under the sink. The desk had a white powder in the drawer. The plastic wrapper of the cream and sugar by the coffee station was blatantly open. Oh, and we had two mini fridges and two microwaves. But only one of each worked, and it wasn't a pair that were stacked on top of each other. That was more humorous than annoying, but come on. Do better. That's it. That's the review: Do better! Get staff that actually cares about their guests. Don't charge regular rates for substandard unclean rooms during ongoing renovations. My family was in town for a funeral and not up for complications, otherwise I would have canceled the reservation the second I walked into the humid, ugly building.

Booked for 2 nights, got there, they were under contruction which was fine because we only needed the room to stay cool while our ac was fixed. The room was over 80 degrees and was supposed to be 2 queens but it was a single king and we had 3 people. I told the front desk who called her manager on speaker who told me over the speaker phone no refunds but didnt offer us a double queen room that we requested.

Very clean and under renovation. Everything was fresh and new. It was very quiet. Breakfast, however, was bad even for a free hotel breakfast.

I was greatly disappointed in the major construction going on inside the hotel. There was no mention of this when I booked. No pool, no ice machine, the lobby was a mess and for the advertising of a 8 rating we arrived to find a 2 rating was generous. The room air-conditioning was substandard, the coffee machine was substandard, and the room had 2 microwaves. One worked not sure why we would need two or if the other one worked because it wasn't plugged in. I have stayed at many, many hotels all over the U.S. but this may be one of the worse stays of my life. Perhaps when the construction is complete it will be a nice place but right now it was not.

The property is under remodeling whic is good. The room we had was already remodeled, the ac didnt work and it smelled like mildew and wet dog. Staff refused to let me check list of ingredients for breakfast items as we have a child with allergies. He wasnt able to eat because of this!

Location was under construction. We were not informed of this on website we reserved room through, nor when I called to ask if pool was in use. I found out when I was checking in, and I also found out that the pool was cold and dirty. The dryer didnt work and couldn't use the exercise room. The breakfast consisted of gallon of milk out on the counter (unsure for how long) 2 cool yogurts, 2 types of cereal, couple pieces of white/wheat bread, terrible oj, and waffle batter that tasted bad. The pool water was very cold, unsure of actual temp since there was no thermometer. The room itself was chilly with only 1 working heater that did not work well. Room had faint smell of old urine in some areas and there was sand/dirt on the bottom with rust looking stains through out. No true smell of chlorine. No pool towels available, we almost had to beg for towels. We would get 2 at a time and there was 5 of us. The room was not bad. It took care of our needs. The staff was accommodating, but felt limited. Especially for them not being very busy. The overall experience was not enjoyable and very disappointing. I understand under construction and was giving grace, but things just kept adding up, and as petty as it is, a bar of soap is reason for bad review. I did not comlain that I was not informed of the construction, the pool being cold AND dirty, no advertised amenities available or in working order (though front counter lady did let us use their dryer) breakast was terrible and was no
