Worst experience with how dirty this place was

The front desk agent showed me 5 different rooms before assigning one to me since they were all in bad conditions. They were all dirty, smelled like pee, there was a lot of insecuirty of people outside drinking standing outside the room doors. The carpets smelled like they had been peed on and the blankets seemed like they had not been washed with yellow stains. It was horrible, I did not end up staying and had to look for another hotel.

This property should be shut down very dirty rooms , bed bugs and a heavy dog urine smell . Not as advertised at all , no kitchenette, no microwave in room only community one available in lobby , no pool , grounds are not family friendly tall weeds and grass knee length! Staff is unreasonable, not trustworthy and rude ! I do not recommend this place I wouldn’t let my dog sleep here , and I don’t have one or even like dogs!

I stayed at countryside suites to be close to family while I was in town in Kansas City check in was terrible no one at the front desk to greet you I had to call a number to have attendant come down to check us in during check in I was told I had to pay 100 cash deposit which I never saw on my booking and then was told I had to pay a 20 dollar transfer fee from hotels.com tho the room was clean one bed had a dent in it and and the bathroom had no wash cloths and dry towels for a swimming Pool that is not open and when I went to the the front desk to ask for some towels I was told that the house keeper will provide those for me and she never came I ended up having to go buy some towels for me and my kids it was ok for the price that it was I guess but I’ll never book there again
