Ocean Maya Royale All Inclusive Adults Only

Worst place ever, the staff treat you like garbage, the cleaning is awful!!! Is just horrible.

There was nothing really outstanding about the resort. Everything was standard. For a 5 star i guess i was expecting more. Food was blah... environment and entertainment was dull. The rooms really have no privacy. You can hear everything going on in your next door neighbor and out in the hallway. Drinks were also blah...would not try them again. I think i had a better experience at sandos caracol.

Nothing unique about this crappy resort. Very nice massage at the spa and that's it. Awful food and the worst selection of wines (basically, one white, one red and one rose and they were all bad)! This resort really needs a renovation and I would never recommend it to anyone!

The resort has taken all precautions to avoid people from getting sick. There is hand sanitizer along the resort and they disinfect everyone’s shoes before going in to the restaurants. They don’t have all the restaurants open but they inform the guests what restaurants will be open and if reservations are needed. They have plenty of activities going on daily to keep people entertained at the pool and in the evenings.

The hotel was good the staff was very nice ,for people that want to relax is a great place

The staff at this property was hands down the best I’ve ever experienced!!! Margarita was super helpful when it came to booking excursions. She wasn’t too pushy when we said no but when we had questions she had the answers. She was also extremely friendly and kind. Miguel at the swim up bar remembered all of our names, where we were from and our drink orders. Those are just two examples of the wonderful staff members who made this trip extra special.

We absolutely love OMR, the entire staff after check in, is awesome. Check in is a little in organized, especially with the COVID guidelines - but they are doing the best they can.
