We’re very happy with our stay here. Exceptional service!!! All the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful, and I say this with comparison to other four seasons hotels in Japan. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. They were very patient and helpful in offering us trip tips and guiding us to the stations, actually platforms we needed to go. Room was also clean and quiet, everything worked great. The service was impeccable...perfect in every way. Location is great, very close to Tokyo Station. The rooms are very good, although not quite up to the standard of what I would consider 5 Star. We were very happy with our stay, and I would probably give 5 stars if the price wasn't quite as high. You are paying for the Four Seasons name, and there are other 5 Star hotels in Tokyo that are not only a better value, but a better overall experience. Thank you to the staff, who could not have been more welcoming, more accommodating, and more helpful during our stay. Well done.
