Best business hotel in town.

3 nights again at the glorious Dolce Hotel. Best business hotel I stay in, quiet, great facilities and brilliant staff makes staying here a joy. Probably stayed in this hotel in excess of 20 times now and wouldn’t even consider another hotel in the town as there’s no point. Shame the restaurant was closed during my stay but plenty of bars and places to eat nearby.

Very comfortable beds and nice rooms with balcony also Gd communication with staff most of the people speak English language

Lovely hotel and great service.

I stay here frequently for business trips and as usual the hotel and staff were faultless and this time I was upgraded to a suite. Only negatives were that I was in the first room next to the bar which was loud until 12pm on a Thursday evening and that the duvet was really heavy and I struggled to sleep as it was so warm in the room.

Great Location

The hotel is right next to a park in a wonderful location. The room was very spacious, service was great. The breakfast menu was excellent. We stayed there for only one night before our flight from Frankfurt airport which is only about 30min away. My only suggestion is that you allow more than 3 devices to access WiFi since in a family of four, often there are four devices (phone, iPad, etc.)

Lovely hotel, terrible room this time!

Room was located above loadin dock at rear of the hotel so I was woken each morning by the deliveries. My room smelled of cigarette smoke as the drivers would stand outside smoking.

A large resort in a wooded area just a few blocks from the city center

We loved staying at this hotel/conference center/resort. The buildings are huge and sprawling, including the Kurhaus, a Kurtheatre and many, many conference rooms. And an indoor pool. We could (and did) get lost in the place. The hotel area of the place was just over the conference rooms. We found it easier to exit the building via the doors right before the restaurant. There is a grove of symmetrically planted trees and beyond this, the town is about a 15 minute walk walking slowly. The rooms are enormous, and feature a large balcony large enough for 2 people to sit, and a table. The room also had good air conditioning. The hotel staff bend over backwards to serve you - even the taxi drivers are polite. The breakfast included in the room has all the usual Germanic breakfast food and there are many waiters to help you and clear the tables. They served champagne at breakfast. We used the room service once and that was nice. . Very impressed by the service. They replaced a phone that wasn't working well. Then they had to come and work out an internet problem. After a request, we only waited 5 minutes for help to arrive. I have no complaints so 5 stars
