I left it sucked I hated the service they were rude

My stay was good

Was up all night due to people fighting in the hotel. No toilet paper in the room when we got here and the pull out sofa had no sheets and blankets. The front desk did provide those after I went down and asked for them. Would not stay here again

It was ok verypavled

I was with family and decided to take a shower. While I was in the shower all I hear was voices inside the room. My sister pulled the mattress forward to find a socket for her charger. Behind the bed was so much trash. Didn’t know if the house keepers decided to hide trash or did other guest really didn’t care about their stay and dumped it behind the bed. Either way totally not cool. We got to the hotel late and we all were tired. At that’s point I couldn’t change rooms. All I needed was rest so I could be up for my flight the next morning.

The Front Desk staff was pleasant, but the condition and smell of Rm# 207 was not the best. 1. It smell molded or old. 2.By the AC, there were bugs all on the floor and on top of the A/C. If those two issues can asist in anyway...then thats my advice.

Checking in was ok. The young lady at the front desk was nice. I got to my room and took a shower and decided to get in bed and charge my phone. Well none of the sockets or lighta worked in the room. At first I wasn't going to worry about it but then I thought well I really do need my phone to be charged so I called downstairs and she said she can change my room (I had my suitcase and a lot of bags so that was a drag) but when I got to the new room it was actually a better room altogether, seems as though it was a remodeled room (wish I had that room from jump) but overall no complaints here. I have to stay in hotels for a while since Im moving to Atlanta so I will most definitely use this hotel from time to time.

I book 2 rooms and they had smell or smoke and the smoke detector was wrapped with a plastic bag this was reported to the front desk attendant but she never show to check the situation out

Microwave was dirty so i sprayed it lysol spray and the wipe it down
