Our one night stay was, as in the past, perfect. Our upgrade to executive room was fantastic and the little extras - bottles of water, coffee pods, toiletries, biscuits, KitKat's, cans of Pepsi and herbal teas - were very much appreciated. Will definitely stay at this hotel in the future if the price is right for us

Stayed for one night with a friend. Staff were welcoming at reception. We arrived too early to check in but they were able to look after our luggage whilst we wandered up to Cabot Circus. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was so comfortable and the shower was lovely and hot. Breakfast was fresh and plenty of choice. All in all a lovely stay and would certainly go back.
