Room could definitely use some TLC. Toilet paper holder hanging out of the wall. Room smelled stale. AC worked great. Bed was clean.

Toilets were nasty! Looked like had not been cleaned at all. My sister and her husband stayed same weekend and she said her bathroom was not clean either. Pee and poo in toilet. Floor was dirty. Have stayed here last 3 years we have come to forest hill and even though it’s close to Cracker Barrel we will not be back. Just felt dirty. This is why I always bring my own towels and sheets. Glad I had them this time. Had to use there’s on floor so not to step on it. Come on people do your job!

The WiFi isn’t very good.

Carpet not clean things left in the bathroom from previous guest. Very little toilet paper had to go to the front desk for more

We did late check in and the guy at the desk was amazing. He was very polite and helpful. The room wasn't the best and needed a good cleaning but for the price we didn't expect much. Beds are terrible but for a quick, one night stay it worked. Breakfast was better than expected. Location was good. It wasn't a sketchy area. lol
