Everything was wonderful . Would recommend this hotel to everyone. Only one thing surprised and shocked us . We have never before had dogs barking at us in our hotel!

First room they put us in had bed bugs. Put us in a different area, but not the similar type of room booked. It was okay. Tub/shower very difficult to get in and out because it was so high. Breakfast was your average breakfast.

Conveniently located, lots of eating options close by. Receptionist was lovely but the room was tired and had a strange odour. The carpet felt damp in places and a damp) mold trap was hidden in the TV cabinet. Furnishings were a little tired, chair was grubby but it was ok and breakfast although basic did have fresh fruit which was nice.

I’ve stayed here several times. I usually book without hesitation because it’s a better value than other stays in Harrison. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel there are several needs for updates: The lobby and the rooms. I heard from other friends staying that the pool IS nice, so that’s a plus. I’d say this is definitely a safe place to stay. Never had any issues.
