Easy check-in, friendly staff, room was clean, bed comfortable. My only downside was being in a ground floor room facing the parking lot, so I kept curtains drawn for privacy, which kept the room very dark all the time. On the upside, the curtains were excellent blackout for sleeping!

Cleaning employees were very nice, the guy at the desk would not talk. The check in process has to change, it was crazy. The building needs a complete overhaul.

Disgusting

I always bring my own sheets and pillows and thankful I didn’t because I put the bedspread in the floor and when I went to pull it back up on the bed when leaving there was blood on the bedspread. Not acceptable!!

We arrived by noon and wanted to register . Told check in was 4:00 pm and register then. If u have everyone checking in at four and register you could end up with a line. Other hotels in the area would let us go to our room if it had been cleaned. She said all of the rooms had to be cleaned at the same time and then check in at four. Need more umbrellas at the pool, there were 2. The customers leave their towels etc and leave for a couple of hours to hold the table. We ended up staying for 20 minutes at the temp was 90.

Pool is very dirty and no one checks HP levels at all. Light fixtures are not working. Water doesn’t drain in the bathtub. No toilet paper. Patio door don’t have a lock.

Surprisingly very clean, I was a bit skeptical but overall it was very clean, pricing was fair, and continental breakfast was convenient. The pet room was perfect, had a small little area for my baby to sit while we enjoyed the pool and I can keep an eye on him.
