Overall very pleasant stay. Room was small but doable for two people. Bathroom in room was very nice. Amenities were great, mini bar in room and snack closet etc. bed was comfy had a great night sleep both nights. Room was very dark which was great to sleep in.

Unclean hotel with rude staff

We ended up with a completely different room from what we booked originally. Our room was meant to have a balcony, we ended up in a smaller room that has a stench of cigarettes, and a bathroom that was dark and had a creepy see through cheap plastic curtain. When we brought the issue up to front desk, they had an attitude with us and told us there’s nothing they can do because everything was booked with a balcony, and we can cancel if we want. After hearing that, it’s exactly what I did, and went elsewhere for the same price in the neighborhood with a balcony of time square. I don’t recommend this place at all, for the same price there’s better quality hotels in the area.

It was over all a good stay except for done disturbance around 5:30 in the morning some arguing banging on the door but other than that great stay.good place will definitely come back.

Disappointing

We were assigned room 703, a nice room 2 double beds and 1 chaise, unpacked ate & sat around for 3 hours until my husband noticed a mouse. We called concierge who came and asked us to move to another room. Our three children were sad that they had to move but I figured we would get something similar or perhaps better for our troubles. The room we were moved to (room 603) was smaller, had an awkward bathroom area but more importantly had rings and smudges on the furniture. My family and I had coronavirus in March...This was August 28th, I work as a nurse and at minimum with COVID, I was expecting a meticulously cleaned room. I reported the smudges and asked for cleaning wipes when I suddenly remembered that I was vacationing at what was supposed to be a 4-star hotel. It was around 10:00 pm and I was informed that there was NO HOUSEKEEPING. I asked for another room despite the fact that I had laid 2 suitcases and 2 big bags down. We were told of another room (can’t remember room#). It was 3/5 the size of the first room— significantly smaller, wreaked of cigarettes even though the rooms were supposed to be non-smoking. My husband had to request bedding for my 13 year old which was just handed to us. As we mulled over our options in this tiny room, I went to the dirty bathroom and decided that we did not leave our clean home for this motel experience. We booked through the app Hotel Tonight for Hotel Hendricks and had to cover the charge of two rooms which ended up costing more.

Dirtiest hotel ive ever stayed at

The place literally just isnt clean. Trash on the floor from previous guest, wet beds from previous guests. Dry soap in shower from previous guest, its like they dont clean it at all and when you complain they say they'll get on it but dont. Dont stay at this hotel especially not during the pandemic.

The room in particular was musty smelling and in the bathroom there were several nailed down vinyl tiles that seemed cover a rotten subfloor that gave you a sense you would fall through the floor below you.

Está ubicado muy céntrico , trenes y actividades , el precio está aceptable , pero no es la mejor opción . Vale la pena buscar otra hotel .Ascensores con problemas, mal olor habitaciones
