Everything was great, the young lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful. My only complaint was poor water pressure in the shower due to a bad valve in the tub spout.

Staff as great. Bathroom condition was in need of upgrade. Towels were very worn out Room was good but the bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was reasonable.

The staff was great and the facilities are good. Our whole family stayed and would again. It was a good place for kids to be able to use the pool and the breakfast was well run.

Yeah... umm... not going back. Where to start... got there in the late evening to a locked door and had to buzz them to let me in. Got a flippant response about how it's mandatory when only one person is on duty w/no apology. So? I'm tired and need sleep. I had booked for 2 days, but unfortunately had to check out a day early since my project was changed. Thought all was ok until I looked at my bank account - 5 separate pending charges totaling OVER $700 sitting on my card from the check out girl. When I called to fix it, the Front Desk Manager had the gall to tell me that "the computer will just start charging cards automatically w/out us knowing". My response: "Really? I'm a programmer... computers only do what we tell it to. How about you just take responsibility for the fact that she had no clue what she was doing and charged my card again and again trying to make it work... and then actually fix it". "Sorry sir"

We had a lovely two-night stay. The staff was was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was hot and tasty. The pool and hot tub were inviting. We loved the area and the hotel was conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again.
