Staffs are friendly and helpful and the hotel build is grand lavish.
Point to the management, I stayed in 11th storey. there are birds nested on the ceiling around lift compound, and strong stench of pigeon manure detected. Despite I am there just for minutes waiting for lift to come, but this really turn me off.
Mall beside hotel are under renovation and most shops are closed. I saw local family coming out from building with chips and grocery but I can't find supermarket inside. This made the hotel dull as I do not have much place to go (gym also under renovation)

Room is big but old. Toilet needs renovation as it look old, dirty and mold were everywhere.
However, the plus point was the Front Desk staff. They were friendly and helpful, especially Hanis and her team who’s worked on 21/10/24 evening.

The hotel is definitely looking tired. The swimming pool is uncared for, cold and unfriendly and inhabited by pigeons.
The in-house restaurant (Chinese) is diabolical…where the service was appalling, the food bland and ones conversation was drowned out by the wailing karaoke next door.
The air-conditioning couldn’t be altered in the room so it was constantly cold and whilst well furnished it needs redecorating.
The breakfast however was varied and pleasant.
No decaffeinated drinks available and NO alcohol on sale in the hotel at all.

Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice. Try the 1/2 boiled egg. Made to perfect. Room was spacious.
