There was a communication Glai Litsch between hotels.com and the hotel and when I arrived at the hotel, along with many many other people, there were no rooms available. It was not the manager‘s fault, but she did not have any options, but to deny us the opportunity to stay. I had Booked my room 2 1/2 hours prior when my flight was canceled. I even called the hotel to find out about their shuttles and everything seemed to be fine at the time. I then, waited for an hour for the shuttle from O’Hare airport , gave up and paid to take a , and then when finally got there there were no rooms. Very stressful, very disappointing.
