Great location, steps from the central train and bus stations, with a team stop right outside. The Swiss national museum is a 5 minute walk as are a tom of restaurants, cafes and shops. Check in via the app was super easy, got a little frustrated with logging on to the wifi (there were 2 options and the obvious open one is the wrong one!), but once logged in was fast enough for movies gaming and maps. We had a junior suite plus for our family of 3 which was overall a good option in this price range and the only issues are more niggles than real problems. Large bathroom, with plenty of towels, definitely big enough for the 3 of us but make sure you bring toiletries as the hotel provides an all in one body wash and shampoo, it smells nice and gets you clean, but that's it, definitely no frills.no wardrobe or drawers, a fair sized rail with a couple of large shelves. Very large king bed with twin single duvets, general vibe was very scandi. Daughter had a double sofa bed and seemed to sleep very well with no complaints. Only 2 chairs at the little table, could have done with one more as after all the room does have a max occupancy of 3. TV had English channels, including one kids channel. Casting didn't work for us as the TV was on a different wifi, the only option was for Samsung phones. Tea & Coffee making is on each floor by the elevator, pod espresso, fruit, mint & black. Didn't try breakfast, lots of places nearby including a Migros daily for fresh sandwiches & groceries.
