The design of the room is not bad.
The large mirrors were very helpful.
It would be nice if they had mirrored the layout of the room so the bed faced more towards the center of the pool area for the better view. Versus the current layout, in bed, one sees more the pillar of the building.
One can otherwise see the thoughtfulness of the design of the room. The room is just a bit aged. The power outlet? By the wall by the door was aged looking.

We have stayed at this property for several years! Our most recent stay was from January 31-February 2, 2025. We were very disappointed with the lack of maintenance insofar as the mini bar fridge. It was not working and caused us a lot of inconvenience. On the day of our departure, February 2nd, we had an unpleasant experience with the doorman at the hotel entrance. He was rude and showed compete disregard for guest hospitality. We were unable to locate an Uber and so arrived with our shopping in an Auto Rickshaw. It was not allowed to enter the main gate and we were told that it is hotel policy not to allow auto rickshaws on the premise. While we respect that policy, the least that the doorman could have done was to offer to take our bags inside. He continued to argue and at one point became quite belligerent! Your staff definitely need training. The front office and travel desk managers are very courteous, especially Shushank and Anju who does the night shift. But it takes only one bad experience to spoil the reputation of a hotel! I hope the management will look into this! I will hesitate to come
again if this kind of behavior toward guests continues.
