Just stayed for one night and very happy with the location close to the station and easily connected by underground passages (ideal in snow. Room was a good size by Japanese standards. Could do with freshening up - some stains and scuffs on wall - but would stay again.

立地は最高！でも掃除が…
立地はチカホ7番出口からすぐなので寒い時や悪天候の時でもとても便利です。 ですが…宿泊した部屋はホコリが酷く絨毯と壁の境目、段差になっているところ、ひっくり返して置いてあるマグカップの裏、カップ等が置いてある棚、部屋の角の壁、カーテンにまでホコリがあったのはかなりびっくりでした…。 洗面ボウルの穴やお風呂の栓が繋がっている金属部分の周りの黒カビが…。 壁にもシャンプーかなにかの跡が…。 加湿器やシャワーカーテンは綺麗で良かったです！ お掃除の時間や人手が足りないようなので高性能のマキタの掃除機を使うとか1日3部屋は重点的に掃除をする、カビにはハイターをする等の工夫をしてお掃除を頑張って欲しいです！！ 立地は本当にいいので勿体ないです！

札幌駅地下（チカホ）７番出口から歩いて数十秒でホテル入口といった便利な立地が雪の日には　ありがたいです。１階に大変に賑わっている居酒屋を隣接していて、ホテル内２階にもイタリアンカジュアルレストランの「カプリチョーザ」もあり宿泊者にはモーニングも提供しているようで便利。ちょっとだけ洒落たビジネスホテルって感じでした。今回はツインの部屋を連泊で利用したのですが、部屋の清掃に関しては、ベッド下に　前の宿泊者のポテトチップスのカスなど落ちてたりして正直イマイチって感じですが、コスパ考えれば　かなりお得でした。
