The hotel itself was OK. The room was all I needed as I didnt spend much time in it. However, the location of the room was awful. They should probably turn it into a storage room and not put any guest in there. The window to the room was right accross from an elevator used frequently by staff to bring things to the breakfast room, and as breakfast is served at 7, at 6am every morning staff were slamming the elevator door and then pushing metal carts over a metal floor filled with dishes.
The location, while conveniently next to the Naples Central train station was in a pretty rough side of town. The streets were filled with trash, graffiti and homeless. If the homeless left you alone they wouldn't be much of a problem but they approach you.
Breakfast in the mornings was delicious and the two staff members I interacted with were both friendly and helpful, but it isn't enough to make me stay here again.
