Hotel is under renovation, so much lee-way must be given. The hotel was clean as it possibly could be under the current circumstances. This bussiness should NOT have been open for business while this major upgrade was being completed.

I understand the hotel is under construction, but there were things that I don’t think were acceptable. The condition of the sofa, the stains on the sheets and the condition of the bathtub. The service was fine and the room was clean, but I would’ve liked to taken a shower but that tub was disgusting.

I like almost everything about the property. The breakfast was very good. The only thing I dislike was that the room floor was not properly cleaned. It was very sticky when walking in the room. Not all rooms have microwave and fridge. They need to specify to those booking whether they need a room with microwave and fridge or not.

The breakfast was good but we needed to go early and the breakfast was served late. The beds were comfortable but the bathtub was too old and looks like dusty and not clean. I hope the remodeling process will be finished soon and they rebuild the bathroom areas in all the rooms.

My stay here was comfortable. I am a traveler I work night shifts. I slept all day with no noise issues; I stayed here for 11 days. You have a complimentary breakfast which I enjoyed, a few different options. My only complaint was that the elevators went down for about 2 days and having to go up and down the stairs from the 7th floor sucked but things happen no big deal. Nobody bothered me. I ubered to and from work, long wharf is a few mins away with many food trucks. Downtown, pizza places, etc are only mins away. I ubered around town on my days off. Overall it was a good stay I would definitely come back

Check in easy! Location directly facing large highway however sound not an issue. Lobby under renovation but not an issue to access. Couch in room stale and musty. Beds clean and comfy. Bathroom needs attention to tiles and floor for repair but very clean otherwise. Great Italian restaurant in adjacent parking lot. Industrial area, so not inclined to walk around. Quick access to and from exit at highway. Faces ocean inlet but not accesdible by walking as crossing major roadway. Accessible by car.

Overall very good hotel

The stay was good. It was clean, staff very friendly. The only thing we didn't like, The elevatores were down it was very enconvenience. And my room The TV was rented not working i reported they said it will take a few minutes then i call again they said it was the weekend they had no one to look at it, then i call again and they said it was the cable company with the problem. So, by then it was too late we were leaving tuesday. Not cool!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator had to be manually run by staff. So you had to call them to go downstairs. We had a really disgusting sofa in our room. My husband didn’t like the power box just sitting there on the nightstand. We had to switch lamps around because the one on the nightstand didn’t work. The switch was broken. Maybe they should check them when they clean the rooms. Our stay was okay. We were only there for a night.
