Novo Hotel & Suite

I was pleasantly surprised when I came to this property. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was lush with beautiful trees and flowers. Very clean, comfortable and private. I really enjoyed my short stay at this little gem in San Salvador. It will definitely be my go to place when I return to El Salvador.

Seems like the property needs a renovation. It is clean, but it looks old.

Love returning to Novo Hotel time and time again. Is one of the 5 ecological and typical hotels in San Salvador. I like how safe it is and how comfortable their beds are. The personnel tried to please you in whatever it's necessary and the food is always nice. I love their pupusas and fried plátanos with casamiento. I recommend this hotel for many more things.

Overally good

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I love it because the price is reasonable and is located in a good safe area of San Salvador. I really like the feeling of a big nice garden right outside the rooms. The staff is super friendly and helpful!Most of the rooms have a fridge and a stove. Air conditioning is good as well and good free Wi-Fi

The people and service were like no other:) Management went out of there way to help in any way:)

Hotel is clean with a tropical theme. Good breakfast included. Large clean rooms.

Beautiful hotel makes you feel like you're in a jungle lush vegetation everywhere. Very cool to see "house plants" in the USA growing outside like "weeds" but the hole country is that way. Has an open air restaurant. There is an armed gard at the front door all the time, definitely helps you feel more secure in a country that it not very safe in general. Hotel staff is very helpful for people to those do not speak much, if any Spanish at all. Like me I speak very little/ broken Espanola. In my case there was always a person around that speaks English/ broken English, enough to get your thoughts across. The location of this hotel in within walking distance of El Salvador del Mundo. The restaurant has very good food, made to order, even from my husband that is from El Salvador. Only discrepancy is that the hotel only has one bar/ the restaurant, the description on Hotels.com lists three. There is a spa on site but we did not use it. This is definitely the place we will stay when coming back to El Salvador from the USA, helps a gringo feel safe. My stay made me feel very safe, but all ways remember where you are.
