Novotel Andorra

Overall very good experience as no issue is indicative of a well oiled machine. Good location, the hard materials; bed, room, restroom, amenities were all very good. Check in took a bit longer than expected but nothing too outrageous. Only thing is power somehow fried my Converter that’s been with me for a long time. No idea what caused it but might want to check voltage on your electronic set up to make sure same doesn’t happen to you. Check out was fine, except took longer than expected because was again waiting for lengthy check in to complete. Other than these very minor things, it was very pleasant.

I really enjoyed this hotel in the heart on Andorra. The rooms were nice and we had a great view of the river in the city center. The breakfast was extensive and a great start to the morning. I would stay here again.

Parking at hotel was full, swimming pool in another hotel and indoors so was disappointed. 2 lifts, 1 was out of order which was a nightmare as it was so busy. Room was clean and comfortable and location was good. Staff were friendly.

Absolutely terrific location and wonderful staff, too.
