The air conditioning was broken. The housekeeping supervisor told us since the vent was blowing warm air that it was working just fine. The restaurant was closed the entire weekend for a small group. The breakfast buffet was a large continental breakfast with limited choices. We’ve stayed at ibis properties in the past and this doesn’t live up to their standards.

Great option if you don't want or can't stay in the heart of the city. Not far though and with great public transportation options. There is a supermarket almost next door and many restaurants if you walk for a few minutes. I really disliked that I had to pay for a locker service for the hotel to keep my bags after check out. This should be a free service.

The hotel is shown as air-conditioned however the reception told us it is broken down when checking in. My stay was in June and the temperature went up to 33 degree in Paris which is horrible. After checking reviews from others the AC is not working for months but the hotel fails to inform guests in advance. Only thing they did was giving guests a fan and that's all. Due to this my stay is unpleasant.

Basic hotel. Minor in bathroom had problems , if you want coffee in the lobby it says there is a sign that you must ask for a cup at the reception desk, because there were not at the machine but not sign not clearly visible so lost my money, and reception person basically was not friendly about it. But if you want a just a room , a bed and a clean bathroom with a good shower that does the job.

The property reminded me of a college dorm. Rooms extremely small. No amenities (ex. Kleenex, bar soap, tea/coffee pot, etc). The bathroom door had no latch and must have been damaged because there were door patches. The shower-water flowed backwards and all over the floor. The sleeping area-beds were extremely uncomfortable. It was two box springs with a 1-1/2 inch mattress pad. We woke up everyday with a back and neck ache. Not the establishment we expected based on the pictures we saw during booking. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!

A/C not working; they did not inform upfront; when complaining, they invented a story of "oh, just broke down - cant to anything"; next morning (after a night at 35 degrees in the room) we complained again, only to be told that they knew (all along) and that only few rooms would have working A/C; they changed us into such a room for the last night - but in reality, the A/C did not work there neither; since the room was at the back of the hotel away from the sun, the temperature was a bit more moderate. When I book a hotel that advertises A/C I want this to work and if it does not (accidents do happen) I want to be informed upfront, so that I can make a decision to change or accept - but don't lie to your customers!
